A condition of boarding is that your pet is fit and healthy and must have proof of current vaccinations, including kennel cough which must be given at least 14 days prior to boarding. We do need to see up to date vaccination certificates on arrival. Any pet which does not have an up to date vaccination certificate will NOT be accepted for the stay booked, and you may be liable for the full balance of the stay booked. You may wish to bring your dog’s vaccination card in to us ahead of his/ her stay, which will minimise the check in process on the day.
